Description

*Please be sure to RSVP early, as there is limited space for this event.

What Is It?
-Films and Brews is a film viewing event for filmmakers and those interested in film, who are looking to discover inspiration for their own projects and meet new collaborators in a casual environment.
-Our intention is to host Films and Brews every other month with some variations to the programming.

How This Event Works:
-Think of some short films (30 seconds- 7 minutes max) that you find to be inspiring, captivating, funny, cool, etc.  These can be narratives, commercials, music videos, sketches, comedians, animations or anything else you come across. *For this event, please only submit films that are NOT your own.  The goal for this specific event is to share what inspires each other and get exposed to different types of films.  Vimeo/Youtube Links work best, but other ways of sharing can work too.
-Submit 1-5 film choices in the registration page.  Please rank you films in order of preference to be shown.
-The films will be arranged into a playlist to fill the time.  Depending on the number of entries, there is potential that not all of your choices will be viewed due to time constraints.
-After each attendee's first selection is shown, we'd like you to briefly introduce yourself and share something about why you chose your selection.

Evening Plans:
6:30pm: Hangout, meet, drink, connect.
7:00pm-9:00pm: Viewing of user submitted films, with a break in between.
9:00pm-9:30pm: Wrap-up
After the event: A list of all of the films that were played that evening will be emailed to those who attended.
